Welcome Gators!!

Whether you are a beginning swimmer or have been swimming for years we welcome you to join the Decatur Gators. 

Our coaches will provide instructions in a safe environment that will help you improve. Whether you are looking to learn the four basic strokes or looking to "cut time" our coaches are prepared to help you.

  • Fall League Practice start the week of August 7
  • Fall League Practice are Tuesday and Thursday evenings
  • Fall League Swim Meets are on Saturday Mornings beginning August 19

The summer season concludes with the Championship meet at Marist School on September 16.

Every swimmer may swim at all of the meets and earn placement ribbons, but it's more about the fun of swimming and being a part of the team.

Swimmers Ages: 5 - 18
Swimmers 6 and Under will be evaluated by our coaching staff. The coaching staff will determine readiness for our program.

The Decatur Gators Team is a member of the Atlanta Swim Association. 

The Atlanta Swim Association (ASA) is a grass roots program that introduces children to the sport of competitive swimming. We are focused on good sportsmanship, teamwork, and most importantly a fun experience for swimmers who are new to the sport.
